Easy Beef Stroganoff


This recipe was easy and ready in less than 20m.

  • 1 can canned roast beef (undrained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 6oz *(aprox half bag) egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Mix all ingredients except the sour cream. Set to medium (my stove that is 4), cover and cook for 7 minutes. Stir halfway through. Once time is complete add sour cream. Cool for 3 minutes then ready to serve!

This made 4 servings. It would be easy to double the ingredients or strech the recipe by adding more noodles, more vegetables, having a side salad.

I used dumpling egg noodles because that is what I already had. Any egg noodles work because they cook fast and dont need to be preboiled.
